My work experiences
My marketing experience is shaped by a combination of both office-based and customer-facing roles, allowing me to develop a well-rounded understanding of the field.
I previously worked as a Human Resources Assistant, where I gained strong organisational and analytical skills through data entry, document creation, and digital file management. I was responsible for developing handbooks, maintaining accurate records, and producing Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations. This experience strengthened my attention to detail, administrative efficiency, and ability to communicate information in a clear and structured way. Alongside this, I completed my studies in International Trade and Marketing, where I further developed my understanding of consumer behaviour, market trends, and global business environments. I am a recent graduate, bringing both academic knowledge and practical experience into my work.
Much of my marketing insight has also been shaped through my experience in retail and hospitality. Working directly with customers has given me a strong understanding of consumer preferences, purchasing behaviour, and how to tailor products and experiences to suit different demographics and environments. I have developed the ability to build customer loyalty through personalised service, effectively communicating the value of products and creating meaningful customer connections.
In addition, my experience in visual merchandising at JD Sports and H&M—where I contributed to new store openings—allowed me to apply marketing principles in a physical retail space. By curating displays and presenting products in an engaging and strategic way, I helped create environments that attracted customers and enhanced the overall brand experience.
Across these experiences, my key strengths include communication, organisation, creativity, adaptability, and a strong understanding of customer-focused marketing. I am passionate about combining analytical thinking with creative execution to deliver engaging and effective brand experiences.

My experience includes developing logos and digital designs, alongside a strong understanding of consumer behaviour and market preferences. I am highly creative and innovative, consistently thinking outside the box to develop fresh ideas that engage audiences and elevate brand identity.
Through my previous experience as an assistant, I have built strong foundations in organisation, data management, and administrative support. I am proficient in tools such as Excel, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator, allowing me to execute both the strategic and visual aspects of marketing with precision and creativity. My academic background in International Trade and Marketing has further strengthened my ability to analyse and position products within global markets. Through my studies and projects, I have developed the skills to effectively market and sell products, with a strong understanding of how economic conditions, cultural differences, climate, and regulations influence international business. This has given me a global perspective on marketing and brand growth.
In addition, my hands-on experience in retail has enhanced my ability to connect directly with consumers, understand their needs, and translate this insight into effective marketing strategies that build loyalty and drive sales.
I am highly motivated to continue growing within the marketing industry, with the goal of gaining international experience and contributing to the development and expansion of a brand. Long-term, I aspire to apply my knowledge and creativity to establish my own business.
